I’ve been looking up yoga retreats in mass and rhode island and there are quite a few. I am really interested in the 3 day retreat. You get an ocean front room, 4 hours of yoga a day, beach walk at sunrise, all organic meals, no meat, caffeine, or alcohol allowed, everything is in complete silence, and it is based on clarifying the mind and spirit and helping you learn how to live a more peaceful life. It’s $65 a night or $120 for a shared room.
I’m very interested in being able to learn natural ways to live a more peaceful and calm life and regaining my flexibility. I can’t wait!
I really need a full girl day or just meggy day. If i could have the perfect day it would consist of the following:
-sleeping in late
-waking up and getting breakfast and coffee
-go thrifting
-get my nails done
-eat lunch outside and write and draw
-take pictures
-take a long drive
-go home take a cat nap
-dress up really nice
-go into the city for dinner at a place with an outside patio area
-get drinks and have a long conversation about serious stuff
-go home and take a long hot bubble bath in the dark with music and candles
-have more drinks
-watch stupid movies
-snug
-fall asleep
I need to do this soon. As long as I make a list out of something I usually do it.

I had an awesome weekend! I got taken on a shopping spree in the city. I got a dress 4or 5 shirts avacado quesadilla pizza, and dessert . I went to the beach and drank the entire day. I made a new dress, sweater, and some hair bows for my etsy site. Today I am working but tomorrow I am going to the town hall with pat in the morning to get our certificate then he’s getting us tattoos, I’m getting some filler and a lipstick tube on my arm. Good week so far but the heat is awful, is it fall yet?
