I’m down to one meal a day if you even call in total what I eat a full meal. Got a muffin at dunkys couldn’t even eat a third of it well I just didn’t even have an interest. I downloaded the meal tracker app and I’m consuming 500 calories on a good day usually averaging 230 calories a day. I have no interest in food and my appetite is virtually gone. I have no idea why it’s weird. So the past week I have been forcing myself to eat more than a cup of noodles or a few French fries a day. I’ve never been this way it’s so weird. I should be eating 2,230 calories a day to loose weight the app says. I don’t work out at all either and I hardly drink water ever. I’m unhealthy it sucks.
